The Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (UERC) has allowed residential rooftop solar consumers under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana to execute net metering agreements digitally, eliminating the requirement for separate physical power purchase agreements (PPA).
